Please read these terms carefully before using the bktk platform. All rules — from account registration to bonuses, withdrawals, and responsible gaming — are clearly set out here.
Introduction and Applicability
General Introduction
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bktk platform and all its services. By opening an account, logging in, or starting to use any service on bktk, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms or are unwilling to comply, please do not use our platform.
bktk reserves the right to amend or change these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. You are therefore advised to review this page regularly.
Important: These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh. Before participating on bktk, please confirm that you are at least 21 years old and that you are using this platform of your own free will.
Eligibility and Account Registration
Age and Eligibility Requirements
The following conditions must be met to participate on the bktk platform:
- You must be 21 years of age or older (for 21+ only).
- You must be mentally and physically capable of making your own decisions.
- You must participate on the platform voluntarily and at your own responsibility.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and your own.
Account Registration Policy
Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all active accounts.
bktk reserves the right to verify the information provided at registration. If information is found to be false or incomplete, the account will be suspended immediately and any funds held may be forfeited.

Rules for Depositing and Withdrawing Funds
Supported Payment Methods
bktk currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). Transactions via any other method are not accepted.
Minimum Amounts
- Minimum deposit: ৳300 (all methods).
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (all methods).
- Withdrawal time: generally completed within 1 hour.
Note: Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment account used for your deposit — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
Transaction Cancellation and Refund Policy
Deposited funds are non-refundable; however, you may withdraw your account balance at any time (subject to the rules in Section 3 of these Terms). In cases of suspicious or fraudulent transactions, bktk reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals until an investigation is complete.
Bonus and Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus Terms
bktk offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Some examples of how the bonus works:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200.
- Deposit ৳26,000 → ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳41,000.
The bonus amount will never exceed ৳15,000, regardless of the size of the deposit.
Wagering Requirements
A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposited funds.
For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
Bonus Abuse Policy
Bonus offers are intended for genuine players only. bktk reserves the right to cancel bonuses and forfeit associated winnings in the following cases:
- Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts.
- Bonus arbitrage or strategically placing bets on only one side to fulfil wagering requirements.
- Claiming bonuses using another person's account or payment details.
- Using any kind of bot, automated software, or VPN.
VIP Program and Cashback
VIP Tiers and Weekly Cashback
The bktk VIP program has three tiers. You can advance to a higher tier by playing regularly:
🥉 Bronze Tier
Weekly cashback up to 0.3%. The starting tier for new members.
🥈 Silver Tier
Weekly cashback up to 0.7%. A reward for regular play.
🥇 Gold Tier
Weekly cashback up to 1.0%. The highest benefits and priority support.
The specific thresholds for moving between VIP tiers are set by bktk and may change at any time. Cashback is automatically credited to your account each week and is subject to its own wagering requirements.
Prohibited Activities
Activities That Are Not Permitted
Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the bktk platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in the immediate closure of your account and any associated deposits or winnings may be forfeited:
- Money laundering or transacting funds from illegal sources.
- Using a fraudulent or false identity.
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools.
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using a third-party payment method or account.
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Harassing or attempting to harm other users on the platform.
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor access to gambling.
Security and Privacy
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You should not share your account details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
bktk uses SSL encryption and modern security technology to keep your personal and financial information safe.
Data Usage Policy
The personal information you provide is used solely for account management, identity verification, transaction processing, and customer service.

Responsible Gaming Policy

Self-Exclusion
If you feel that your gambling habits are getting out of control, you can contact our support team to request a temporary or permanent account closure.
Deposit Limits
Contact the support team for help setting a weekly or monthly deposit limit for yourself. Once set, limits can be lowered immediately.

Sports Betting Rules
Cricket and Other Sports Betting
bktk offers betting on cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA), kabaddi, and other sports. The following rules must be followed when placing bets:
- Placing bets on the same market or opposing markets for a single match from multiple accounts is prohibited.
- No bet may be changed or cancelled after the designated cut-off time before a match begins.
- If a match is cancelled or postponed for any reason, bets will be settled in accordance with bktk's own rules.
- In case of any dispute regarding result settlement, the decision of bktk authority will be considered final.

Limitation of Liability
Indemnity & Compensation Limit
bktk makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, bktk authority will not be held responsible in the following situations:
- If service is disrupted due to internet outages, natural disasters, or any event beyond bktk's control.
- If financial loss occurs due to the user's own negligence or sharing account credentials with others.
- If issues arise due to failure of third-party software or services.
- If service is temporarily unavailable due to technical errors or maintenance.
For any compensation claim, bktk's maximum liability will be limited to the actual balance in your account at that time.
Terms & Conditions Amendment & Account Closure
Right to Amend Terms & Conditions
bktk authority reserves the right to change, amend, or cancel these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will take effect from the moment they are published on the platform.
For major changes, an attempt will be made to notify users via their registered email or through a notice on the platform.
Account Closure Policy
Users may request account closure at any time through the support team. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed before the account is closed.
bktk authority also reserves the right to close an account due to violation of terms and conditions. In such cases, the user will be informed of the reason.
